A method of driving an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) display device is provided to suppress flickers by spatially utilizing an averaging effect between adjacent lines. An OLED display device is driven by an interlace scheme in which scan signals are sequentially supplied to odd number and even number scan lines. A driving timing between the odd number and even number scan lines is driven based on a time difference with a half frame period. The OLED device is driven by a digital drive scheme which displays gray scales of respective pixels by dividing a time of a frame. The frame includes plural sub-frames(SF1-SFn) corresponding to data signals and respective bits.
