<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte which has little moisture permeation quantity in the lithium primary battery usage and is safe even if used for a lithium metal-air battery and the solid electrolyte which has a sufficient contact area at the interface with an electrode in the lithium secondary battery usage and is safe even in a wide temperature range, and a manufacturing method of the solid electrolyte. <P>SOLUTION: This is a lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte which has a material of different composition existing in a part or the whole of the pores of an ion conductive inorganic solid.
