<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner bag for a double-wall aerosol container wherein a sealing function after clinching a valve is enhanced, and a sealing function between the valve and a flange when an undercup filling method is employed is enhanced, a double-wall aerosol container, and a method for manufacturing a double-wall aerosol product. <P>SOLUTION: The inner bag 12 of the double-wall aerosol container is a synthetic resin bag 12 made of a bottom portion, a body portion 22, a shoulder portion 23, a neck portion 24 extending upwardly from an upper end of the shoulder portion, and a flange 25 expanding outwardly from an upper end of the neck portion. The flange 25 is configured in a bellows shape including a plurality of annular folded pieces 26-30. When the flange 25 is tucked between a covering portion 42 of a mounting cup 38 of a valve 13 and a bead 17 of a container body 11, the flange 25 is folded to be thicker to increase a sealing effect. The sealing performance between the flange 25 and the covering portion 42 can be improved by an elastic force of the flange 25 when the undercup filling method is employed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
