<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a universal design pouch which people of all ages can use smoothly by making the pouch used as a container for refillable shampoo, detergent, packaged milk, retort items, food, etc. easy to open based on the idea of universal design. <P>SOLUTION: The film outer periphery of this universal design pouch is heat-sealed. A through hole is formed in a seal part on an extended line in the removing direction of a notch which is the open start point of the pouch.
