PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of suppressing catch of stones in circumferential main grooves. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire has a plurality of circumferential main grooves 2 extending in the tire circumferential direction, and a plurality of land parts 3 demarcated by these circumferential main grooves 2 on a tread part. A projection part 21 is formed on a groove bottom part 23 of at least one circumferential main groove 2. The projecting part 21 continuously extends in the longitudinal direction of the circumferential main grooves 2, and changes the height h1 in a wave shape toward the longitudinal direction of the grooves. A connection part 22 for connecting the projection part 21 to at least one groove wall part 24 of the circumferential main grooves 2 is formed in the groove bottom part 23 of the circumferential main grooves 2.
