<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in which conversion processing of a rectangular image to raster image data is complicated, and when such addressing method is attained only by hardware, operation verification therefor also requires much time. <P>SOLUTION: Based on a first write-address generation method, image data are read line by line from a line memory capable of storing pixel data for n lines in which one line is composed of n×n×m pixels.
