PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for preventing decomposition and a reaction of a borazine compound during preservation by removing water in a container for preservation on preserving the borazine compound. SOLUTION: The problem is dissolved by a washing method of the container for preserving the borazine compound, which comprises a step of washing the container for preserving the borazine compound with pure water and subsequently drying the container until the dew point of a nitrogen gas passed through the container drops down to -30°C or lower.
