PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing device capable of preventing a movement of a drawer mounted to a housing; a paper feeder; and an image forming device equipped with it. SOLUTION: When a paper-feeding cassette 18 is drawn and plunged by holding a holding part, first rollers 40 roll on guide parts 42, and second rollers 46 roll while contacting a bottom plate 18A, whereby the paper-feeding cassette 18 can be smoothly plunged and drawn. In mounting the paper-feeding cassette 18, the first rollers 40 and the second rollers 46 enter into first recessed parts 44 and second recessed parts 48, respectively, and the bottom plate 18A is mounted on a landing part 50, whereby frictional force is generated in the moving direction of the paper-feeding cassette 18 between the undersurface of the bottom plate 18A and the landing part 50, and the movement of the paper-feeding cassette 18 can be prevented.
