LEG PART IMPACT ABSORPTION PAD FOR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a leg part impact absorption pad for a vehicle capable of effectively absorbing an impact caused by a collision without increasing the thickness and preventing dispersion of the impact absorption performance depending on a placement space of a leg. SOLUTION: The leg part impact absorption pad 10 for a vehicle placed with the leg 23 of an occupant is formed by a foaming molded product of a thermoplastic resin bead. A plurality of oblong recessed grooves 13 are formed on a surface becoming a vehicle body 21 side when the pad 10 is installed on the vehicle at approximately equal intervals in parallel so as to be the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The leg part impact absorption pad 10 for the vehicle is a foaming molded product of the thermoplastic resin bead of which expansion ratio is 10 to 50 times, and is provided with a horizontal part 11 and an inclined part 12.
