摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray photographing apparatus having improved maneuverability which allows an operator to operate concentrating only on an operation part when determining an irradiation field and which automatically makes the direction of a displayed fluoroscopic image to agree with the direction of a subject looked at by the operator who operates the apparatus while moving around a photographing table. SOLUTION: The operating part 15 has a fluoroscopic image display monitor 16 which displays information necessary for operation (positional information of an X-ray tube 14, such as SID, or a fluoroscopic image) by switching the monitor when the information is necessary for operation. A potentiometer 17 arranged near a perpendicular axis detects rotary angle signals of the X-ray tube 14 and the operating part 15 around the perpendicular axis. A fluoroscopic image processing apparatus 5 controls, by means of the rotary angle signals, the direction of the fluoroscopic image displayed on the fluoroscopic image display monitor 16 so that the direction agrees with the direction of the subject M seen by the operator operating the apparatus facing the operating part 15.
