PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: when a construction of current application interruption using a thermostat and a temperature fuse for safe temperature control of the warm toilet seat of an instantaneous heating type, they perform mechanism operation and impose a limit to high-speed responsiveness. SOLUTION: The warm toilet seat includes: a toilet seat 2; a human body sensing means 8 for sensing a human body before the toilet seat 2 is used; a heating means 11 for heating the seat part 6 of the toilet seat; a heating driving means 12 for heating the heating means 11 when a human body is sensed by the human body sensing means 8; a resistance type temperature sensing means 14 for sensing the temperature of the seat part 6 of the toilet seat; and a current application interruption means 16 for interrupting the current application to the heating means 11 on the basis of the sensed temperature of the temperature sensing means 14.
