PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a drop in desires of players in games as much as possible by avoiding players' getting stuck in hopeless rut to the utmost. SOLUTION: The game machine includes a non-lottery game state control means which shifts the special lottery winning combination to the normal game state and the non-lottery game state similar to the game state once it is excluded from those subject to the internal lottery as at least one lottery winning combination and a non-lottery game state continuation means which makes the non-lottery game state continue for a fixed period of time. Moreover, it is made possible to end the non-lottery game state halfway by a halfway ending means before it is fully continued for the fixed period of time thereby reducing the degree of the hopeless rut the players are stuck in.
