PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which allows quick and secure recognition of abnormalities such as illegal bending of nails. SOLUTION: The pachinko game machine has a plurality of prize holes including non-activated prize holes 30 and 35-38 in which states are not changed corresponding to game states. A specified game value is given from prize winning by each game ball entering those prize holes. The non-activated prize holes 30 and 35-38 includes one or more criterion prize holes 30 and the other general prize holes 35-38. The pinball game machine has a counting means 73 of criterion prizes for counting the number of reference prizes as the number of winning of the reference prize hole 30, a counting means 74 of general prizes for counting the number of general prizes as the number of winning of the general prize holes 35-38, and an abnormality determining means 75 for determining abnormalities from the number of reference prizes, the number of general prizes and a predetermined reference set value within a predetermined period.
