An elastic support for a bridge is provided to prevent reinforcing steel plate from being separated from a rubber pad by applying distortion and compressive force to an elastic pad with a presetting unit. An elastic support for a bridge comprises an upper plate(110), a lower plate(120), an elastic pad(130), and a presetting unit(140). The elastic pad is sandwiched between the upper plate and the lower plate to absorb vibration generated between an upper structure and the bridge. The presetting unit includes slidable ribs (142), pressing ribs(144), and inclined wedges(146). The slidable ribs attach to the upper plate, move the upper plate horizontally, and cause distortion at the elastic pad. The pressing rib attaches to the lower plate, slides with regard to the slidable rib, and creates pressing force between the upper plate and the lower plate. The inclined wedges enter between slidable rib and the pressing rib, fractionize the slidable rib, and slide with regard to the pressing rib. |
