A universal probe attachment system is provided to stably fix a probe to a surgical device regardless of slight difference in diameter or size. A housing has a cylindrical opening at a center. A lower cover is attached to a bottom surface of the housing and has three rotation axis holes on a concentric circle. Three hinges are installed inside the housing and have protrusions on top surfaces and rotation axes at centers respectively. A shaft guide is located at upper parts of the hinges and has a circular opening with a partial straight line unit at a center. A clamp is coupled with the shaft guide and has oval grooves corresponding to the protrusions of the hinges and a spring arm and a locking arm outside. A spring is installed in the spring arm. A cover has three rotation axis holes coupled with the rotation axes of the hinges. An upper cover is attached to a top surface of the housing. A lever(300) is coupled with the straight line unit of the opening of the shaft guide to rotate the clamp, has an opening at a center, and is installed outside a front panel(200). A locking release button(320) is installed on the front panel to be coupled with the locking arm.
