A hose clamp having leaf springs is provided to improve productivity by tightening and loosening the hose clamp without using a screw driver and to prevent damages caused by a screw driver. A structure of a hose clamp having leaf springs includes a connection part(21) at an end of a larger diameter hose(1) where a pair of leaf springs(11,11') is inserted and installed by catching curled portion at both ends of each leaf spring with grooves in the connection part, a first groove for loosening the hose clamp, a second groove for tightening the hose clamp, and a protruded portion(12,12') at the center of each leaf spring which is inserted to an opening at the connection part.
