PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consumable product containing metabolic products of probiotics and processable by a conventional drying process or concentrating process without causing the destruction and loss of the metabolic products in a fermentation medium obtained by the cultivation of the probiotics.

SOLUTION: The consumable product contains metabolic products produced by probiotics, wherein the metabolic product is present in a fermentation medium separated from the probiotics cultured in the fermentation medium.
