<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point management device capable of reducing labor of tabulating a point or collecting a mark when tabulating the point based on the mark attached to commodity, and capable of rapidly performing processing according to the point. <P>SOLUTION: Point collection report information is received from a personal terminal 2. The point is sequentially added to a personal information table and is registered. Designation of a participating group is received from the personal terminal 2, and a point application request is received. Identification information of an individual performing the point application request and a value of the point are registered in an application request storage table based on the point application request and the designation of the participating group.
