PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel easily communicating with a communication part provided inside a fixed barrel, and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The lens barrel 10 includes: a fixed barrel 11 having first through-holes 17a and 17b; a moving part 13 having a second through-hole 17c and provided to move relatively to the fixed barrel 11; and the communication parts C10 and C11 provided inside the fixed barrel 11 so as to be opposed to the first through-holes 17a and 17b and capable of communicating with the external part of the fixed barrel 11.
