PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent cube which prevents excitation light from being made incident to an observation light path and can separate the excitation light from fluorescent light more precisely, and to provide a fluorescent microscope provided with the fluorescent cube. SOLUTION: The above subject is achieved by the fluorescent cube which comprises: an excitation filter which transmits the excitation light corresponding to a fluorescent sample; a mirror having high reflectance in a wavelength region containing visible light; a dichroic mirror which reflects the excitation light and transmits the fluorescent light from the fluorescent sample; and an absorption filter which transmits the fluorescent light.
