PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having a layered configuration which achieves a higher hardness and a higher scuff resistance (particularly, pencil hardness) as compared with a hard coat layer having the same film thickness. SOLUTION: The laminate comprises two layered cured film layers laminated mutually in contact therewith formed of curing a curable composition containing metal oxide particles with different contents on a substrate, characterized in that a first cured film layer is a layer close to the substrate between the cured film layers and contains the metal oxide particles in a content in the range of 15 to 50 weight%, and a second cured film layer is a layer laminated in contact with the first cured film layer and contains the metal oxide particles in a content in the range of 60 to 75 weight%, a ratio of the film thickness of the second cured film layer to the film thickness of the first cured film layer being in the range of 60:40 to 10:90, and the film thickness of the second cured film layer being in the range of 0.5 to 6μm.
