PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate disposal of a separator cartridge. SOLUTION: The separator cartridge 10 comprises a filter medium part 12 consisting of a cylindrically formed metallic porous punching metal 14 and wire mesh 15 cylindrically wound around the outer periphery of the punching metal 14, and is composed to remove free water content mixing into fluid by the wire mesh 15 by passing hydrocarbon-based fluid through the outer peripheral side face of the filter medium part 12. The wire mesh 15 is composed of the same material as the punching metal 14, and gaskets 16, 16 are attached to both ends of the filter medium part 12 for preventing leakage of the fluid from openings 12a, 12b formed at both ends of the filter medium part 12.
