PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for making an invaginated part inside the stomach. SOLUTION: The system for making the invaginated part inside the stomach comprises a suction device and a securing member. The suction device comprises a suction head to be operated for sucking, a shaft connected to the suction head, and a vacuum lumen fluid-communicating with the suction head. The suction head and the vacuum lumen are operable to induce a vacuum adjacent to the tissue. The suction device is further operable to create the invaginated part in the tissue. The securing member is operable to substantially maintain the configuration of the invaginated part of the tissue. The suction device may comprise a gripping jaw member with teeth. The securing member may comprise an adhesive and/or a suture thread, etc. The system may be used to create the invaginated part inside the stomach.
