<p>The invention relates to a method for producing thin layers of metal-cera mic composite materials containing metallic nanoparticles. Said method can b e used for coating a solar absorber with a cermet-based selectively absorbin g surface layer that is very easy and inexpensive to produce in a reliable m anner and has good spectral selectivity. In said method, one or more thin ce rmet layers are deposited on a substrate by immersing metallic substrates in to a stabilized aqueous or organic suspension. The suspension is composed of alcoholic or aqueous solution in which ceramic nanopowders are dispersed an d which contains the metallic portion of the cermet in the form of metal ion s.</p> |
