A disposable lifesaving mask is provided to prevent the external smoke from flowing to the inside by tightening the neck portion of a hempen hood by swelling an oxygen storing pocket in pulling an operating string. A disposable lifesaving mask(1) is composed of: an incombustible hempen hood(10) having a see-through window(11) made of inflammable materials and formed on the front side and completely covering the user's head; a neck cover(20) integrally connected to the lower part of the hempen hood, made of the same materials of the hempen hood, and provided with wrinkles(21) capable of folding the neck cover; a compressed air container(30) installed on the upper part of the hempen hood to store the compressed air; and a tube-shaped oxygen storing pocket(40) connected to the compressed air container and installed around the neck cover. The oxygen storing pocket is inflated by injecting the oxygen, in order to tighten the user's neck and to prevent the external smoke from flowing into the hempen hood.
