A grill combination structure of a ventilation fan is provided to press-fit the circumferential part of an air intake manifold into a fitting hole of a grill, so that a fitting protrusion of an elastic hook is fitted into a fitting hole in one-touch type. A plurality of elastic hooks(300) is provided at the circumferential part of an air intake manifold. The elastic hook is provided at an end portion thereof with a fitting protrusion(310). A fitting hole(220) of a grill(200) is coupled to the air intake manifold of a body(100) of a ventilator fan, so that the protrusion is press-fitted into the fitting hole, to allow the grill to be coupled to the circumferential part of the air intake manifold. The air intake manifold and the fitting hole have a circular shape. The elastic hooks are provided along the circumference of the circular air intake manifold, so the grill is fixedly coupled to a desired place.
