The actuator has a motor (10) and a return device for adjusting the motor in a resting position. The device is a rotationally displaced permanent magnetic return device that is coupled in mechanically fixed manner with a rotor (11) of the motor. Stationary permanent magnetic return devices are provided. The magnetic field of the stationary element remains in active connection with the rotationally displaced return element such that the motor is moved into resting position by an emerging rotational torque.
