<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To show the degree of similarity of a person who a user declares resembles the user himself or herself, and to show the degree of reliability of the declaration. <P>SOLUTION: A face featured value comparing part 2 compares featured values calculated from a face image from a client 200a with the featured values of a would-be famous person extracted from a face featured value database 3 to calculate the degree of similarity of the face of a user corresponding to the face of the would-be famous person. A profile management part 5 stores the calculated degree of similarity as "the degree of reliability" by associating it with the user ID and the name of the would-be famous person of the client 200a.
