<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antioxidant composition for suppressing oxidation of lipid in vivo by active oxygen and a product containing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The antioxidant composition comprises a lutein ester and a cassis essence. The antioxidant composition comprises preferably lactoferrin and has the total content of anthocyanin in the cassis essence of preferably ≥25 mass%.
