<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gauze counting holder which is compact, can be manufactured inexpensively, and hold gauze while reliably counting the number of gauze before, during, and after an operation. <P>SOLUTION: The gauze counting holder comprises a frame member, a section plate, and a bag member. The frame member and the frame member, the frame member and the section member, and the section member and the section member are joined at joint parts in a state that joint angles are freely changeable.
