PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure capable of preventing contact of a reinforcement ring 12a fixed to a retainer 7b to an inner circumference face of an outer ring, an outer circumference face of an inner ring, or a side face of a seal ring.

SOLUTION: The reinforcement ring 12a is provided in a recessed part 17 formed in one axial face of a synthetic resin body 9a. The recessed part 17 exists between collar parts 15a, 15b of both inner diameter and outer diameter side portions. Tips of both collar parts 15a, 15b protrude toward an axial one side more than the reinforcement ring 12a in a state with the reinforcement ring 12a arranged in the recessed part 17. By this, even if there is centrifugal whirling in the retainer 7b, or displacement of the retainer 7b in an axial direction, contact of the metal reinforcement ring to the inner circumference face of the outer ring, an outer circumference face of the inner ring, or the side face of the seal ring can be prevented.
