<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database publishing method capable of efficiently allocating a page template and a small set template to a page even when many types of property information inserting magazines are handled by one piece of database publishing software. <P>SOLUTION: The small set template prepared by a small set style information creating means 103 and a small set template creating means 104C based on DTP (Desk Top Publishing) data 122B (small set layout), and the page template prepared by a page style information creating means 201 and a page template creating means 202C based on DTP data 122B (area layout), are registered in a property database 121.
