<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security system using a method of managing a personal identification number for a security device which can prevent leakage to a third party. <P>SOLUTION: When the security device 100 which secures a monitoring area detects that an operator who operates the security device 100 enters a detection area 120 predefined as an area near the security device 100 by a sensor 110, the personal identification number created at a monitoring center 140 is informed to the security device 100 and a mobile terminal 150 carried by the operator by sending notification of a request to create the personal identification number to a monitoring center 140 through a network 130. The security device 100 saves the informed personal identification number and when the personal identification number is input by the operator, collates it with the saved personal identification number and cancels the security state when in agreement. When at least one collating operation of the personal identification number is carried out or when a predetermined fixed time elapses after saving the personal identification number, the saved personal identification number is deleted regardless of the collation result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
