PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull handle device of a drawer, a door, etc., which is formed by arranging a pull handle frame on a front plate of a cabinet drawer or a plate body of an openable door, and arranging a rotary operating member inside the same, wherein the pull handle device allows good finger hook on an operating portion while ensuring sufficient rotating angle of the operating member, facilitates drawing operation of the drawer particularly at a lower location, and also facilitates opening operation of the openable door even if it is located at a high position or a separate location. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the pull handle device, a cross sectional shape thereof orthogonal to a rotation axis of the operating portion 14 of the operating member 13, is like a rearward curved shape that extends frontward from a recessed portion. The pull handle device has a depth finger hook portion 23 formed at an intermediate portion of the operating portion, and a front finger hook portion 24 formed at a front side free end portion. The front finger hook portion of the operating member is formed by arranging a step portion at a front edge of the frontward facing operating portion, and projecting a projective edge form the same.
