PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite spinneret for the melt-spinning of an optical interference fiber developing a color having a specific wavelength and capable of forming an optical interference fiber having various color wavelengths with a single melt-spinning spinneret by preparing no dedicated melt-spinning spinneret. SOLUTION: The melt-spinning spinneret for an optical interference fiber is provided with a branched flow channel 10 to branch one polymer flow (polymer flow A) constituting a thin-film layer of an interlaminate and form a polymer flow to form a protection layer, a flow channel 8 for forming an interlaminar flow by joining the polymer flow A with the other polymer flow (polymer flow B) constituting the interlaminate, and a detachable pressure-regulation member detachably attached to the flow channel to form the interlaminar flow and regulating the polymer pressure in the melt-spinning spinneret. The flow ratio of the polymer A flow 10 branched to the branched flow channel and the polymer A flow 7 supplied to the interlaminar flow is varied by the detachable pressure-regulation member.
