Appropriate selection of an extension transmitting/receiving server device for transmitting/receiving user data transmitted/received between mobile station devices to/from a wireless base station device by extension transmission/reception of data in a wireless access network relaying data between a core network having a mobile exchange and the mobile station devices is controlled. While referencing a management table for managing the statuses of extension transmitting/receiving server devices (30a to 30c), at least one of the extension transmitting/receiving server devices (30a to 30c) is selected. The user data transmitted/received between mobile station devices through the selected extension transmitting/receiving server device is transmitted.
