<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide film keeping heat resistance, toughness and flexibility in higher levels, which is imparted of surface irregularity structure allowing use in a solar cell substrate or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This polyimide film is obtained by producing a polyimide precursor film by casting a polyamic acid obtained by reacting an aromatic diamine and an aromatic tetracarboxylic acid on a substrate, and heat-treating and/or imidizing the polyimide precursor film. This film has at least one surface having an irregular structure with 0.3-50μm Rt and 0.5-40μm RSm, and is useful for a solar cell substrate etc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
