<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer control device allowing appropriate selection of a person capable of printing print data in each piece of the print data, and capable of easily performing processing for allowing the person to print the print data, to provide a program and a recording medium, for configuring the print control device, and to provide a printer connectable to the printer control device via a network. <P>SOLUTION: In this printer control device, when executing secure print (S2:Y), a recipient ID and a printer IP address of the printer closest to the recipient can be designated by use of a list (S4), and a print job ID, the recipient ID and an IP address of a PC are transmitted to the designated printer (S7).
