摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for electromagnetically and stably measuring physical quantities by reducing effects of temperature changes of antennas and effects of pressure variations from substances to be measured. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for electromagnetically measuring target physical quantities in a liquid flowing through a piping with electromagnetic waves, high accuracy and high stability are achieved by previously measuring/recording temperature characteristics of an antenna and correcting the propagation time, phase changes, or signal level changes of electromagnetic waves propagating through a substance to be measured on the basis of the temperature of the antenna when physical quantities are measured, stabilizing the temperature of the antenna to reduce effects of temperature changes of the antenna on measurement values, or measuring and correcting pressure variations from a substance to be measured to reduce effects of mechanical pressure variations to the antenna.
