PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance working efficiency by easily attaching and detaching a closing cover to and from an inspection hole formed in a lower plate. SOLUTION: The inspection hole 9A formed in the lower plate 9 of a truck frame 6 is closed by the closing cover 21 formed of two sheets of half plates 22, 23. Multiple sets of holding pieces 25, 26 holding the hole peripheral edge part 9B of the lower plate 9 from the upper and lower directions with tightening bolts 28 are fitted to one half plate 22. Multiple sets of holding pieces 30, 31 holding the hole peripheral edge part 9B of the lower plate 9 from the upper and lower directions with tightening bolts 32 are fitted to the other half plate 23. The holding pieces 30, 31 are fitted slidably together with the tightening bolts 32 along an elongated hole 23C formed on the outer peripheral side of the half plate 23. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
