PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely suppress distortion even with a wide band and a wide dynamic range, to perform distortion compensation with low power consumption, and to facilitate adjustment. SOLUTION: A first distributor 102 distributes an input signal to two systems. A second distributor 104 distributes the input signal distributed to the two systems further to two systems. A distortion generating circuit 125 generates a distortion component to generate an input signal including the distortion component. A first synthesizer 111 puts the input signal and the signal including the distortion component together to extract the distortion component. A frequency adjusting circuit 114 adjusts the variation quantity of an amplitude or the variation quantity of a phase due to frequency characteristics to unbalance levels of the distortion component by frequencies.
