METHOD FOR MANAGING VIRTUAL ACCOUNT BY USING SMART CARD FOR VIRTUAL ACCOUNT

A method for managing a virtual account with a smart card for the virtual account is provided to issue the virtual account by enabling a banking facility issuing virtual banking information to the smart card previously issued to a customer based on a request of a cooperated facility. Virtual banking information including a virtual account linked with a master account and/or a virtual bankbook storing banking information of the virtual account is generated(720). A banking facility issues the virtual banking information to a smart card previously issued to the customer based on a request of a cooperated facility(740). The virtual banking information stored in the smart card is updated when the customer performs banking with the virtual account.
