The sleeve gasket (23) has a mounting medium (25), which has a rest element (27), formed in one-piece with the sleeve gasket, for locking with an anti-rest element provided at a partition (7). Sealants are provided, which has a sealing element (33) located on the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve gasket, which together seals with wall of a passage (13) in the installed condition of the sleeve gasket. An independent claim is also included for a sealing arrangement for sealing of passage for a steering column in a partition between an engine compartment and a passenger compartment.
