An optional construction of the refrigeration installation plans the addition of a drying filter (11) in the conduction pipeline (5) of the combustible gas up to the heat exchanger (7), a flame anti-return valve (12) after the flow control device (6), a manometer (13) and a liquid separator (14) in the pipeline (9) that conducts the gas in the gaseous phase up to the gas burner (10).
