TFT-LCD ARRAY SUBSTRATE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A TFT-LCD array substrate and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to compensate a general parasitic condenser and a compensation parasitic condenser mutually through a voluntary compensation parasitic condenser structure when a processing condition is unstable, and to keep a total parasitic condenser of a sub-pixel structure constant, thereby removing interaction between sub-pixels due to deviation of parasitic condenser. Gate lines(121) and data lines are formed on a substrate, crossing each other for forming sub-pixel areas. A compensation parasitic condenser structure has first electrodes(115) connected with the gate lines and second electrodes(117) connected with pixel electrodes(106). The sub-pixel areas have thin film transistors and pixel electrodes electrically connected with the thin film transistors.
