A plasma display panel is provided to enhance exhaust performance by improving a structure of a barrier rib and a structure of a dielectric layer. A front substrate(111) and a rear substrate(121) are opposite to each other. A barrier rib(130) is formed to define a space between the front and rear substrates as a plurality of discharge cells(170) and an exhaust region. A plurality of discharge electrodes(112) are arranged parallel to each other on the front substrate and are extended across the front substrate. A front dielectric layer is formed to cover the discharge electrodes and includes a first part corresponding to the discharge cells and a second part corresponding to the exhaust region. In the dielectric layer, the first part is thicker than the second part.
