<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress control interference between "basic control of a control target by a certain control means" and "correction control to correct basic control by other control means". <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with; a first control unit U1 which is equipped with a first control means A1 which has one or more first control sections A11-A1i determining basic control amount of a control target of a vehicle and determines the basic control amount based on the calculation result of the first control section; and a second control unit U2 which is independent from the first control unit, and equipped with a second control means A2 which has one or more second control sections A21-A2j determining the correction control amount of the control target to be used for correcting the basic control amount, and determines the correction control amount based on a calculation result of the second control section.
