<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an output cable to be easily taken out to the outside while preventing damage or breakage of the output cable of a magnetic sensor. <P>SOLUTION: On the side face of a cylindrical take-out portion 9a of the output cable 12 integrally formed on a sensor housing 9, an opening portion 14 is provided ranging from the cylindrical base end to the front end at an equal width. After passing the output cable 12 from the opening portion 14 through the take-out portion 9a, a sliding cover member 15 is mounted on the opening portion 14 to close the opening portion 14.
