PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of thinning a board and its board-mounting structure, in the motor mounting an eccentric spindle, in a motor with a shaft protruding from a motor main unit. SOLUTION: The vibrating motor 1 is constituted, by mounting the eccentric spindle 3 in the motor shaft 12 protruded from the motor main unit 2 and has a mounting frame 50 installing the motor main unit 2 in one of the faces of the board 5. The mounting frame 50 has a pair of leg parts 54, 54 extending in parallel with the motor shaft 12, with a motor case 20 interposed in the thickness direction, and a surface S that includes the other side (deferred sides s1, s2) of a pair of the leg parts 54, 54 crosses a rotating locus circle C of a most outward point of the eccentric spindle 3 at two points P1, P2.
