PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image history management device capable of acquiring information on image history even when the whole image history, which is related to image processing performed by an information processing apparatus for ensuring a communication band etc. cannot be transmitted from an information processing apparatus to an image history management device.

SOLUTION: A judging unit 112 judges referring to a time zone information storage 104 whether the whole images of history images can be transmitted to a center management server or not when the history images are received from an image processing unit. When it is judged that the whole images cannot be transmitted, the partial image of a preferential region in the history images is transmitted to the center management server according to region information stored in a region information storage 106. The center management server composites the received partial image with a template image that indicates a fixed part for storage.
